Panel Fabrication: Pre-assemble LGS wall panels in a controlled factory environment, including:
Pre-sheathing
Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure all panels exceeding industry standards

Land Clearing: Clear the construction site and prepare the foundation.
Foundation Installation: Helical Pier or foundation per engineer spec ( Usually less than one day)

Delivery of Panels: Transport the pre-assembled panels to the construction site.
Structural Assembly: Efficiently erect the wall panels using cranes or specialized equipment, reducing construction time significantly.
Connection of Utilities: Connect electrical and plumbing systems to the main infrastructure.

Roof Installation: Complete roofing using durable materials that complement the LGS structure.
Exterior Finishing: Apply siding, stonework, or other finishes to enhance curb appeal and weather resistance.

Proprietary Interior wall panel installation : saves time by not requiring, tape, texture or paint.
Finishing Touches: Install flooring, and add fixtures like cabinets, plumbing and light fixtures, appliances were applicable.

Quality Assurance: Conduct a thorough inspection of the entire structure to ensure compliance with building codes and client specifications.
Client Walkthrough: Invite clients for a final walkthrough to address any concerns or adjustments.

Project Handover: Officially hand over the keys to the client, providing them with documentation and warranty information.
Post-Construction Support: Offer ongoing support and maintenance services as needed for up to one year.
